Domestic & International Shipping Tips

What Are The Free Shipping Promo Rules?
Whenever you see U.S. "Free Shipping" or U.S. "Promo" offers on our site, the following rules apply:

A.) Minimum Weight: 10-30LBS*
B.) Available During Checkout (no coupon or promo code needed)
C.) No Expiration (can change at anytime)
D.) Ships within the U.S. only

*Shipping Weight/Demension Rules:

1.) No Appliances, Furniture, Plasma (or large) TVs, Large Speakers, Racks, Light bulbs, etc.
2.) Cannot combine other Store Coupon Offers
3.) No Bulk Orders, (3 or more items not accepted for free shipping discounts)

Other Exclusions: Clearance items, gift cards, PayPal gift certificates, previous purchases and corporate services. Discounts will be deducted from the current price (regular, sale or clearance, as applicable). Returns will be credited as purchase price, less the discount

Free Shipping Offers: "U.S. Promo," "Economy" or "Free Shipping"
Occassionally, during checkout of your order, you may see one of our ground shipping offers called: "U.S. Promo," "Economy" or "Free Shipping." These U.S. promotions are linked to our FedEx & UPS Ground Services and may arrive within 4 to 14-business days (or faster) to your home or office location, (this does not include Weekends, Holidays or Weather Delays). Why does it take so long? Because we save and group your promotional order with others and ship them all at one time. This helps to drive on-demand shipping costs down while reducing your carbon footprint in our environment! If you are having trouble with your order, select Chat Live to speak to a staff member durong normal business hours.

PleaseNote: You always have the option to choose our regular FedEx Ground or Express Services - a costlier option for those who need faster delivery.

Why Does My Order Status Say: “New & Pending”?
It means you have successfully completed and submitted your order for review. It does not mean your order has been "Authorized" and sent to our national fulfillment center for shipping. Please remember to add 1 to 2-business days for us to review, authorize and process orders, we may experience delays of 1 or 3 days if your order triggers a "possible" fraud alert and needs further research from Customer Service, (always check your billing and shipping address carefully before you checkout). This process does NOT include estimated shipping times, weekends or holidays. We have the right to hold, investigate and/or cancel any order we feel is not complete or possibly fraudulent. If your Order Status has not changed in "7-business days" or longer, it may indicate an internal order Hold/Backorder status change. Typically, an email alert will be automatically sent notifying you of this change and will ask how you wish to proceed as well. My Credit Card Was Charged Before Order Shipped?
For order security, we have the right to "Pre-Authorize," all orders to authenticate your payment information. For Debit Card holders, this authorization may look like an actual charge, (regular card holders will not notice any changes). However, "Pre-Authorizations" are automatically reversed and sent back to your PayPal or Credit Card account if your order is Cancelled by us or by your request. Debit Card Holders: Please remember, access to funds (in the amount of your order), may be placed "on-hold" during this time. You may request a Cancellation for a full-refund anytime before your order status changes from new/pending to "Authorized." APO/AFB/FPO Online Shoppers
We can now offer shipping services to APO/FPO and AFB online shoppers. Who are APO/AFB & FPO shoppers? They are personnell who work for the U.S. government or who are military buying officers/authorized agents and government purchasing or procurement officials, (please also read the *International Shoppers tips and referrals below). How can I track my order?
You will be notified by email when your order has been placed and again when your order has been shipped or when the tracking number is available. The second email will contain any available tracking information or shipping status from us. Please Note: Tracking links may take up to 24 to 48 hours to become “active” and traceable online after they are emailed to a customer. This gap represents the time difference between when the package is prepared by our warehouse and the carrier’s origin scan, and does not mean that your package is delayed. When will my package arrive?
This depends entirely on time of day and your shipping preferences selected when you placed your order. For all ground services, delivery times vary according to your geographic distance from one of our warehouses where the item ordered is in-stock!

Will my multiple-item order arrive in separate boxes?
Since we ship many of our products direct from various supplier warehouses (located throughout the United States ), you may receive the products in separate packages. However, most orders will arrive in one box.

Is my order insured?
Yes! All orders are insured for the total value of the product(s) contained in each shipment.

I think my order is delayed… what do I do?
We will make every attempt to alert you in the unlikely event that your order has been delayed. Additionally, as our valued customer, we will always give you the option of selecting an alternative item or canceling your order if we are unable to fulfill your request in a timely fashion.


If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking link and it has been more than 72 hours since you placed your order, please login to My Account to check your order status, rate quotes and more.
If you received a tracking number and your order can not be located or did not arrive within 2 to 5-business days, of the shipping carrier's estimated gournd or express delivery date, please contact Customer Care and we will assist you in locating your order.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

I received my order but an item is missing?
Most of our products are shipped from a central warehouse. However, there are times when orders containing multiple products that are shipped from multiple warehouses.

If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment:

Please verify that the missing item is identified on the packing receipt located inside the shipping box. If it is not, it may be arriving in a separate box. Note: only shipped items are printed on the packing list. If an item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you via email regarding the backorder. You will not be charged for any item that has not been shipped.



If the item in question is listed on the packaging receipt as “shipped” but the product is missing from the box when it arrives, please contact Customer Care

I received my order, but it seems to be damaged or is missing parts?
If you have received a product that appears to be damaged or is missing parts, please login to My Account and submit a Return Authorization Form.

The product I received is not the product I ordered?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Care

General Address Tips:

Providing error-free shipping and billing addresses will avoid unnecessary delays and get your packages delivered as quickly as possible.

A few tips to keep in mind:

1. Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.

2. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.

3. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.

4. Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.

5. Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. In order to ship your items in a timely fashion, we use a variety of carriers, and we're unable to accommodate requests for specific shippers.

6. Having trouble getting your address to fit on Address Lines 1 and 2? Here are some common U.S. Postal Service abbreviations that might help:

If you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number; instead, use # or PMB. This will help make sure that your address is not mistaken for a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service. If you don't have a CMRA address, no problem! Register with one of our Mail Forwarding Partners to have all your orders shipped direct to your location, learn more here - there is a registration fee involved.

PLEASE NOTE: the following items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses: camera and photo items, cell phone, computers, most electronics items, hardware, housewares, kitchen items, outdoor living items, software (including games), and tools.

Having trouble addresses for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Federated States of Micronesia? Following these steps should help:

Country field: Select the correct place name from the drop-down menu. If the correct place is not listed, choose "United States." ZIP Code field: Always double-check for the correct ZIP code

  1. I recall before that the billing address is not match with that on the credit card. Fortunately http://www.nsms.ph/ helps me to fix that.
